Auction Information (How It Works)

Auction Closing

• The auction will begin closing at 9:00 AM, grouped by instrument type.

• We recommend using the search function to locate your instrument of interest and clicking the “Watch” (eyeball) icon. This allows you to monitor selected lots and place bids directly from your Watchlist (accessible at the top of the page).

• Approximate closing times per instrument type are listed at the top of the auction webpage. These are subject to change.

Soft Close Format

• This auction features a soft close system, meaning we are closing approximately 3 items per minute.

• If a bid is placed during the final minute of bidding on a lot, the countdown timer will reset to 1 minute, giving the outbid bidder a chance to place another bid.

• This helps maintain a fair bidding environment and gives everyone the opportunity to respond to last-minute bids.

Preview Details

• Preview is scheduled for Monday, June 10th, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

• Most items are packed in shipping boxes. To preserve their condition, we will not be unpacking items unless absolutely necessary.

• We strongly encourage you to review the online catalog in advance and make note of any specific lots you wish to see during the preview.

Post-Auction & Invoicing

• Once the final lot closes, our team will begin generating invoices. Please allow time for this process to be completed.

• There is a $2,500 credit card limit per invoice. Multiple cards cannot be used to split payments.

• If your invoice total is under $2,500, the card on file will be automatically charged and you will receive a copy of your invoice via email.

Pick-Up & Shipping

• Pick-up dates and times:

  • Friday, June 13th – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Saturday, June 14th – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Shipping will begin on Monday, June 16th.
