This auction will feature our consignments from local estates, bankruptcies, and/or commercial surplus. Please read all terms before you agree to them. For "Preview" times or "Removal Times" (Pick Up) please refer to those specific tabs in the auction. Each auction may vary and times are strict.

- 15% Buyer Premium Added to the Final Bid Price Plus 7% IN Sales Tax
- Pick Up Times are 1 Hour After Last Lot Closes Until 4:30pm, Thursday 8am-5pm
- Any invoice total exceeding $2,500 or titled vehicles MUST be paid via cash, wire transfer, or prior arrangements with Christy’s.
- All payments are final. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED
- Any Leftover Items Past The Scheduled Pick Up Time Will Be Disposed of at The Buyers Cost or Resold For Storage Fees.
